Campaigns run across curated digital channels and our direct network of active buyers. We do not spam every portal with a generic listing. On the buy side, we conduct exclusive property searches against a clearly defined brief, attend all viewings with you, and run the negotiation so you never feel exposed across the table.

What We Don't Handle in Sales
Chessharborz does not handle commercial or industrial properties — our expertise is in residential and mixed-use real estate in Rio's Zona Sul and Barra da Tijuca. We also do not act as a legal or notary firm; we coordinate with your chosen solicitor but cannot provide legal advice. If a property has unresolved title issues or active liens, we will advise you clearly but cannot resolve those matters ourselves. We prefer to take on fewer mandates and do each one properly than to volume-list and hope for results.
